Rules: Permits are only for enrolled Band Members or people who reside with the nuclear family.

• You need a Hunter Safety Permit to hunt on the reservation.

• A Band Member must be present during the deer hunt.

• You can't hunt between the water tower and the north end of the reservation.

• No hunting is allowed near the RV Park.

• You can hunt between the water tower and the south end of the reservation.

• If you hit and damage any Band equipment (like a water tank), you'll have to pay for the repairs.

• Hunting is allowed on the top of the reservation.

• Only Band Members will be given the gate codes.

  
  

You agree to abide by all the rules to get a hunting permit to be used on the Indian Peaks Band Reservation
